丸める位置

正の数は切り捨てられ、負の数は切り上げられます。

小数点以下を切り捨てた値を返します。

負の値の場合、正の値のようにより小さい値にではなく0に近い側に切り捨てされます。

言語によっては「-13」と返すものもあるので注意が必要です。
